Swanmet's policy emphasises on developing and delivering high quality products to our customers. We achieve this with a consistent quality assurance system that ensures all methodical production procedures are strictly followed. Our Quality Management System has been approved and consistently rectified under ISO 9002 guidelines since 1993.

Quality assurance starts right at the infancy of a customer's enquiry. We undertake to gain a comprehensive knowledge of our customers' requirements and ensure that the final products meet their stringent standard. We make our products right the first time. Our experienced and competent technical staff also diligently ensures that our quality standards are maintained and upheld.

Traceability is an important component of our quality assurance to our customers. We provide mill certifications, dimension reports and CMM reports to our client on the delivery of the finished parts. Our casting offers also include certification on Chemical, Mechanical, Charpy, Ultrasonic, Crack Detection, Dye Penetration and X-Ray.
